The two school friends Nik Baczewski and Zenon Kristen discovered their shared passion for cinematic storytelling at the age of 12.  Sometime in 2005 they created the name "Nosta Pictures" to trademark their homemade movies, which at the time were mostly shot and produced in one day. The time may have changed, but not their vision:  
to put the visual and the attention to detail at the service of a good story.  

In 2017 they officially founded Nosta Films, their Berlin and Kassel based Indie film production company.
Over the years, they developed into a strong team through countless joint projects with creative partners.
